GPU vs CPU rendering — pick the right chassis
Redshift, Octane, and Blender Cycles scale linearly with GPU VRAM and CUDA cores — multi-GPU is the fastest EGP/sample. V-Ray CPU, Arnold, and Corona still favour Threadripper's 64–96 cores for scenes with heavy AOVs and complex geometry. We spec based on what you actually render.
Why sustained thermals decide render time
An RTX 5090 render node throttling from 2.6 GHz to 2.2 GHz loses ~15% samples/second — on a 20-hour render that's 3 hours wasted per job. Our custom loops hold GPUs at 60°C indefinitely so quoted times match delivered times.
Storage, RAM, and network paths
PCIe 5.0 NVMe scratch (7GB/s+) for texture streaming, 128 GB DDR5 as the sweet spot for 4K–8K scenes, 10 GbE optional for shared studio storage. We spec RAID or ZFS pools when the studio needs one.
Warranty and support for production
2-year workmanship warranty, priority on-site service in Greater Cairo. If a component fails mid-project, we swap and diagnose so the render queue keeps moving.

Single flagship GPU or two mid-tier GPUs?
For most Redshift/Octane pipelines, 2× RTX 5080 out-samples 1× RTX 5090 by ~30% at similar spend. For scenes over 24 GB VRAM, single 5090 wins because assets can't split.
Do you support studios of 3–10 seats?
Yes — we've delivered matched batches to studios across Cairo. Standardised builds simplify sysadmin and drivers.
Can I run it silently overnight?
Yes. Custom loops with 3× 360/420mm radiators keep multi-GPU workstations near silent even at 100% GPU load — critical for home studios and offices.
