Known trade-offs and how we mitigate
Older Bykski o-rings could compress-set over time — we replace with Viton o-rings on any block we install. Some early distribution plates had internal QC issues — we pressure-test at 1.5 bar for 30 minutes before adding to the loop. With these two steps, Bykski loops match EK reliability at 60% of the price.
