Custom loops need a coolant flush and inspection every 12 months to prevent bio-growth, plasticizer leaching, and pump wear. MSFREEZ services loops we built AND loops built by anyone else — in-shop at October Gardens, Giza.

Service tiers and pricing
Basic (EGP 1,500): drain, flush, refill, leak test. Full (EGP 3,500): Basic + CPU and GPU block disassembly and cleaning. Rebuild (EGP 6,500+): Full + tubing replacement and fitting inspection. All tiers include coolant and 24h leak test.
Turnaround
Basic: 24 hours (most of it is the leak test). Full: 48 hours. Rebuild: 3–5 business days. Loaner PC available on request for creators and gamers on a deadline.
Warranty impact
Missing the 12-month service by more than 3 months voids MSFREEZ workmanship warranty on internal loop wear items. Sticking to the schedule keeps your 2-year warranty valid and your temps in check.

Do you service loops from other builders?
Yes — any custom loop. Rare fittings or blocks we cannot source locally add lead time.
How often should I flush my loop?
Every 12 months for premixed coolants like EK CryoFuel or Mayhems Pastel. Distilled + biocide loops: every 6–9 months.
