GPU Thermal Pad Replacement
RTX 3090, 4080, 4090, and 5090 cards often ship with under-specced thermal pads that dry out in 12–24 months. The result: memory hotspot temps hitting 105°C+, throttling, and long-term VRAM damage. MSFREEZ replaces pads with quality Gelid or Thermalright pads at the correct thickness.

FAQ
Do you also apply PTM7950 phase-change pad?
Yes — PTM7950 on the die is a EGP 300 upgrade over standard paste, recommended for RTX 4090/5090.
Will this void my warranty?
AIB warranty ends when the cooler is removed. We provide 6-month workmanship warranty covering the card.
