PC Overheating Diagnosis
If your PC is throttling, shutting down, or running loud, guessing is expensive. MSFREEZ runs a proper diagnostic — thermal imaging, sensor logging, VRM check, and airflow audit — then hands you a fix plan with a fixed price.
What you get
- Thermal imaging of case exterior and internals
- Software sensor log over 30-minute stress test
- Fan curve and airflow audit
- Thermal paste and pad inspection
- Written report with prioritized fix list + fixed quote
What we test
CPU package + core temps under Cinebench R23 and Prime95. GPU core + hotspot + memory temps under FurMark and 3DMark. VRM temperature with thermal camera. Case ambient vs component delta. Fan curves and static-pressure fit for your case.
Common findings
Dried thermal paste (2–3 year builds). Cracked GPU thermal pads causing memory hotspots above 100°C. Wrong fan direction (intake vs exhaust). Undersized AIO for a hot CPU. VRM cooling missing or blocked. Dust in radiators reducing flow.
FAQ
Do I pay if you don't find anything?
The EGP 500 diagnosis fee covers our time either way, but is credited to any repair or upgrade you approve within 30 days.
Can you diagnose remotely?
Free WhatsApp triage first — we can rule out software and fan-curve issues before you commit to in-shop diagnosis.
