Water Cooling Leak Test — Before You Fill
A leak in a custom loop can destroy a GPU worth EGP 60,000+ in seconds. MSFREEZ performs a proper 24-hour pressure leak test on any custom loop — yours or a new build — before coolant ever touches the hardware.
What you get
- Air pressure test at 0.5–0.8 bar for 24 hours
- Certified leak-testing pump and gauge
- Gravity test after air passes
- Photo documentation before and after
- Fitting torque re-check on all connections
How the test works
We seal all outlets, pressurize the loop with clean air to 0.5–0.8 bar, and monitor the gauge for 24 hours. Any pressure drop = we locate the leak with soapy water, retorque or replace the offending fitting, and retest until zero pressure loss.
When you need this
Before first fill of a new custom loop. After any fitting swap, tubing change, or block replacement. After transporting a filled PC over long distance. Whenever you notice moisture near a fitting or reservoir.
FAQ
Can I bring only the loop without the PC?
Yes — bring the assembled loop (blocks, radiators, tubing, reservoir, pump) mounted or on a test bench. We test either configuration.
What if a leak is found?
We locate it, offer the fix (retorque, o-ring swap, or fitting replacement — parts extra if needed), and retest at no additional labor cost.
