Silent Studio Editing Rig

An editing workstation designed for lower acoustic distraction across 4K/8K timelines, color grading, and multi-hour studio sessions.

Challenge

Studio environments cannot tolerate coil whine or fan ramp during silent scenes and voice-over recording sessions.

Approach

MSFREEZ selected low-RPM Noctua profiles, undervolted the GPU, and added acoustic damping across the chassis.

Outcomes

• Acoustic target planned for low-noise editing sessions
• Planned for stable playback of multi-layer 8K timelines
• Configured for faster color-grade exports

Configuration

• Undervolted RTX
• Noctua silent profile
• 10Gbps NAS link
• Acoustic damping
